So news has come out that about 61.5 percent of traffic online is non human, with the majority of those being search engines and impersonations. Crazy to think that the majority of people who view this thread and are on all your guys forums are probably bots! They're taking over! 🙁

I had problems with the spam portion of those things... UseBB customizability didn't help either.

Not terribly surprising.

Not sure how one can utilise this information to make their website better.

I remember the days when I used Geocities in the 90s, and my website got disconnected because of too much traffic. I'm guesing if there were so many bots back than my Geocities website would always be offline.

It's good to see that Hacking Tools, and spam bots are decreasing according to the graph.

When you post a link to your site on Twitter you instantly get 15 site visitors to your website, and yes these are all bots.

not only twitter, stumbleupon too, actually all social networks as soon as you share you get dozens of bots

Many advertisers do not take this factor into account when buying advertisements so for website owners, it can be a gift. 🙂 For advertisers, not so much.

My sites has 50-60% bot visits. There must be big money involved...

That's interesting, I was wondering how I could possibly have 200+Guests logged on in the last 24 hours - but this makes sense.

When I search my forum in google, it has proper listing of my section. and I think this is a good job for the bot 🙂

If your website having quality back-links then Google automatically gives to your site top position.
