Why so much? The forum activity doesn't look THAT high.

I think you could charge someone $1 per 1,000 impressions (that's on the high side) on your forum, and that's if they're looking for an audience of internet marketers.

I don't want to be mean but I just want to let you know how to price your ad spaces so that you get interested buyers.

On ForumPromotion it costs $0.75 per 1,000 impressions. On Facebook you can get ads targeted to people's interests for $0.30 per 1,000 impressions. Google's Display Network costs $.30 to $0.50 per 1,000 impressions depending on the keywords.

You say your front page has 10,700 impressions per month. You're charging $4.67 per 1,000 impressions. That's about 6x more than the market rate.

Now if there was something really valuable about your advertising.... maybe if 9,000 of those 10,700 impressions are unique visitors from Google (now that would really suck because it would mean your bounce rate is through the roof, but if that's what was happening you could claim that you have lots of unique people interested in internet marketing topics), and if you were selling a huge banner at the top of your forum, maybe there would be interest.

But good luck with the current prices 🙂 I'm confident that if you post screenshots of your traffic and reduce your prices to what the market pricing is you'll get someone interested.
