750FP$ - Need Easy Web Design

Hello,

I'm in need of a very simple .html page to be created. The goal is to have it based around the theme of "Runescape" (Google it). I need it to have no more than a nice color scheme, a good header utilizing many Runescape renders, and some text in the middle with some different font sizes (controlled by in line CSS).

Here is an extremely basic sketch of what the finial result should look like, feel free to make it more advanced if you'd like.



The creator of the page I use will get 750FP$ and a "Designed By" with a dofollow link at the bottom 🙂
