Listed below are 8 websites that you can quickly a free PR9 backlink for your website on! Remember, when it comes to backlinks it is always about the quality of the links rather then the quantity. All you have to do is sign up at each website and then you can place your URL in your profile and ping the link. I would suggest for pinging the link to use PingFarm. I have used them in the past and have not had any issues.

Firstly, since the Penguin update last year these links will only carry PR9 juice to relevant sites, I for instance run a football forum, these links would be downgraded by Google as they wouldn't be considered in niche, and relevant.
It's far better to stick to backlinking from in niche sites than being tempted to spam PR9 sites, Google has, and will spot it.
Some of them like Google and Addthis you would expect any sane admin to be registered with anyway.
