Ok I need 3 images modified to work on a dark grey background. The color is #414141

There is 1 more I need modified to look like the sample below it. I managed to modify the second one but the first is a bit more complicated so I need a bit more practice. I am kind of in a hurry to have these done though.

If you look at the first set of stars against a dark background like here http://empirehostings.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=84#p84 you will see they don't mesh with the background at all. The gradients of the stars are to complicated for me at the moment. I do not want their actual color changed but I want them to fit with a dark background better.

The second To Modify -

I actually want it to match the icon I listed below it.

Yes in general like that. However I would prefer the transparencies stay in tact only if possible.
