I don't know what happened but this offer was given by Nathan ( Manager ). He might gave license via PM. Actually when 1 Feb comes that day he meets with an accident and comes after a month. He might not found any member who deserve this license or might already gave the license to some one. I don't know because when he came back My exams are started so i didn't get time to check about this.
