I'd like to point out that theGuild has had it rough in the last 3 weeks. Activity has shorten down by A LOT. It is my belief that these circumstances are sacrifices. What I mean is, that I have no intention of shutting down the site for any reason, and it can be easily fixed and dealt with by evolving rather then changing. (Maybe a little change, no more webmaster stuff.)
I'll be no longer be hosted by IPS (Invision Power Services.) I'll be buying the IPS Suite and going back to my real nice hosting plan. be changing within the month.
In the next following months you will see a HUGE transformation on theGuild. Internally I have been planning the infrastructure and strategy of the site's formal gaming community. With that being said, the site will have a Home page, forum, blog, video section, store/marketplace, premium area, chat, and our own dedicated VENTRIO server. Hopefully that will ALL be done by the end of December, 2011.
For future goals I'll try to partner up with people who can custom build php software on creating a Guild system for the site so people can have a ranking system, achievements, rewards, creatable/join able guilds, and more.
And that brings me to my next subject. I've worked really hard in my job so I'm getting more hours=more money for me (but less and less activity from me)! Because again guys, this is all coming out of my own wallet!!!! SO, donations and Power Membership helps a GREAT deal for the site, it also rewards you with gifts and contest entrees, that's why its so beneficial to you to donate.
I've also been looking for a co-admin to help me run the website, if you are interested, message me your work experience, age, and how you can help innovate theGuild to be the best damn gaming community on the net. But I'm serious you have to be as focused and dedicated towards this site and gaming.
