Notes: I was thinking if its possible, The banner would have spacey theme with stars, But have electricity some where in it. And the neon i'm not sure if you could fit some sort of neon colors or rainbow lighting (I saw in one of the admins or gfx staffs Sig a rainbow/northern lights like pattern) Thanks so much if this could be accomplished I would be extremely happy
