A little rearranging at Serene Distraction

Just to keep things looking fresh at Serene Distraction we've done a little rearranging.

The Members Hangout boards have now been consolidated into the Serene Cafe. We have also added a new VIP area dedicated to our members who have achieved a rank of Official Serene Distraction in Training and higher (500 posts minimum).

Our community was established for individuals with interest in the creative arts whether that would be in writing, visual arts, etc however, everyone is welcome to join us!
