A New Website...

Ok, I am creating a new website...that is gaming..kind of like Miniclip and Addicting Games.

If I were to take Miniclip and Addicting games, and put them on my website..would that be copyrighting or anything..and would I need to put anything on my website to say they aren't mine?

If they say "Add this game to your site" then yes.
Do not add them if not.

Usually requries link back or have to play them from main site.

I know this is about games but with anything, I make sure to credit the source whether required or not.

I believe both MC and AA have 'put this on your website' links next to games you can copy. If they don't say that then most likely NO, you shouldn't.

Also worth pointing out that the majority of games on MC and AA aren't their own and made by other comapnies.
