Really nice concept, Text is quite good as well, text maybe a lil too big.

To improve on this, use the burn tool in places and dodge tool in places, to give it that depth, or it will just look like a flat image. Other than that nice smudging!

I know nothing about PS but it think your better removing the blue border and moving the text more to the left.

You have to be careful with text though, in most signatures you dont want it to be the focal point, so its better to not make it stand out as much.
