Ok so I just had the idea to make a website called "post4post" now, the whole point of this site is to get more posts on your forum, here's how its going to work.

User -> Makes a new "post" asking for a specific amount of posts
Another Users -> Will click "Accept" then the other user wants a specific amount of posts, and then once they both post on each others forum, both of them need to click "Finished" then the "post4post" is complete.

Is hard to explain, but I have a good Idea if you followed any of the above please let me know what you think.

It's a good idea and I had a similar idea to this as well.
For this project to work though you would need to put in money for hosting and a proper domain unlike your other sites

No this project would work just fine on a free hosting domain. I know I need to get domains for my other site btw...

It would work fine but a site that doesn't have a proper domain doesn't attract users as well as one that does.

Good idea, similar to a gig on fiver.com or elance.

Having a one shop is great. People should be able to specify how long posts should be and the quality they expect. Hopefully you have something in place in case someone does not hold up their end of the deal?

Good idea but how are you going to create it? Will you code your own website? How will you make sure users do their part of the deal?

Yes, I will code it myself. And I don't know how to make the users do their part of the deal :/

Take a look at thehostingtool and how they measure the number of posts done by the user.

And yes - you will need a TLD.

At one time, I was a member on a post exchange forum. The site did not offer much else in the way of content though. However, I think this could be a good idea, especially if you target admin and webmaster forums where other forum owners are likely looking for post exchanges and new content.
