Your Quick Review
Pros:
I like the banner of the forum, and is very well placed above the navigational icons. The fading background to the banner was also a very nice touch.
Your forum looks really nice and appealing. Might be a little too dark, but everything seems to sync up very nicely. The text link colors are a good choice, which help compliment the dark theme, as well as the banner above. The board icons really help to add a little bit of extra color to the dark theme, and I like those very much.
Your board layout is also top notch, very easy to skim through each board and find exactly what you're looking for.
Cons:
The scrolling news text at the top is very annoying. It's just two sentences, so why not just make it a static news text, and center each sentence on top of one another.
One little thing about the layout I would suggest, is just swap the locations of "Introduction Lounge" & "Suggestion Box". It'll have your two forum related boards on top of one another, and Introductions are always best placed at the bottom of the very first category of the forum.
I'm not entirely sure what the forum's main theme is, unless it's a general discussion forum, and if so, you're missing alot of great general discussion board ideas. Entertainment, videogames, creativity/fanwork ... and others.
Final/General Thoughts:
You got a good thing going, and seems activity is doing nicely. As I said, I'm just confused on what the forum's main goal is. It's called Cyber Shares, so I think of something to do with technology, but I get the reference that cyber, meaning "online", could also have to do with online discussions, so it's a clever title.
What was most liked about the website/forums:
The forum look and board layout. Was a very attractive forum, and very easy to navigate and fiond what I was looking for.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The only thing I could really complain about, was the annoying scrolling text up top. It's very unecessary to have to do that. It'll get read wether it's moving or not.
