I've followed guidance from the past two reviews and I'm curious to hear what else you all think LowISO can improve on. I'd prefer to hear how the site can improve rather than "It's bad because it's inactive." if you catch my drift. Comments on improvement are invaluable to me; I already know that participation is weak.

First Impression
My overall first impression of your forum, was that your current design is a good choice. Even though it is a default theme, it is very simple yet professional. I would suggest customizing it some so that it is not generic IPS default theme. The colors of the design and the background go together very well. Generally when I see an actual image rather than a plain, or designed background, it does not go together with the overall theme. This is where I think you picked an excellent image to flow neatly with the rest of the colors and overall design. I do have one suggestion though that I would like to bring up. I think that the logo currently looks a little awkward. I would suggest making it line up with the corner of the "Forums" tab, or you could center it between those four tabs. I also suggest changing the "Register" button to the same color green as "Create Account" since the red is rather random and is not anywhere else on the forum.
Layout and Content
Upon visiting your forum, one of the first things I noticed is the layout and content. When users visit your forum, they are immediately introduced with a little informational text about your forum. The introduction text is short and sweet, but still gives the user appropriate information before they join your forum. I like the fact that you do not have the sides of your forum overflowing with widgets. Moving on to the forum content, the overall content has professional spelling and grammar. The content in your current posts are detailed and are not just 3 word posts. Aside from your forum threads, the tutorials you currently have to offer are put together nicely and have a lot of details.
Weaknesses:
Tutorial Blog
The tutorial blog is currently very plain. I would suggest having a main page with a list of the provided tutorials that follow your current forum theme. After you have made a main page, then you could have each tutorial as a post like your "guides". If you have a matching theme on all of your pages, I personally think that it is much more pleasant to view rather than a blank page. This will also keep your forum looking professional.
Navigation Menu
The navigation menu currently has "Tutorials", and then the menu has two separate links for different guides. I suggest making a "Important Links" link, then you could create a page and have it list all of your current important links. This way you can still have the important threads easy to access for new members, and your navigation menu will not be cluttered with links. When it comes tot he navigation menu, it should only be used to direct you to important areas of the forum. These areas would include, Index, Members, Custom Pages, etc.
Final Remarks:
Overall you have a wonderful forum. I see that your forum has a lot of potential and could turn into a huge photography forum. Other than the suggestions I have brought up in the review, keep up the great work on your forum! I had a lot of fun reviewing this forum.
