First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I really like the banner to start. It's so sleek and perfectly aligned with the board index.

I also really like the black skin, it's extremely simple, which is what a lot of people want, including myself, and the banner blends into it perfectly.
I really like the scrolling text box as well. Seeing something like "Welcome to CyberShares Reviewer!!! " when a member comes online just gives them a feeling of welcome, I think.

I really hate to say it but there's nothing else for me to discuss about the appearance or first impressions. The appearance is great, and there's nothing you can do to make it better than it is now 🙂

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Alright, I'm not noticing a lot of problems here, but, you don't need a whole board for " rules ". You can make rules a global announcement or you can make it a sticky topic in the Announcement and News board.

I also don't think you need a board for " job list " at all. When you have a staff position open, it's best to simply make a topic in the Announcements area, and direct people to message you with applications.
If you do all of what I just suggested, that gives you 3 different boards in 2 categories. You should combine these together, and have it something like this:

Category: Welcome to CyberShare
--Board: News and Announcement
--Board: Suggestions Box
--Board: Introduce Lounge

By doing this, you've effectively cut down on a lot of clutter.

Central lobby looks good. I skimmed over the " Oral Games " area and I really liked the idea of it :cheer:

Show room also looks good.

I do suggest that you delete that Recycle bin area, well, not delete it, but at least take it out of public view. Guests and members don't need to see posts after they're deleted, only staff.

Overall, your layout isn't bad other than that top area and the archive being on display to members.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
The board was alive for roughly 4 months now. I see a total of 68 registered users, and it looks like your users have posted a total of 6500 posts or so.. that's pretty good for only 4 months, in terms of posts, that's over 1 k a month, which is what you want right now.. however, your slacking a bit on registered users. That's only about 18~ registered a month which really isn't so good.. I really suggest you do a few more member registration exchanges in the FP exchange area and maybe order a large package, to help increase the registered users number.. a board with almost 7k posts should have at least 150 members at this point.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
WOW! Way too much staff is the only sentance I can use to describe this.

I see one admin, two junior admins, and five moderators. That's a total of seven staff members, on a board with not even 100 members. That's way too much. You shouldn't have anymore than 4 people on staff TOPS.

They all appear to be somewhat active at least, but really, that's just too much. It looks overwhelming to guests and new members to see so much staff. I hate to say it but if you want anything to be stable I suggest you look hard at your staff team, talk with your 2 assistant admins, and think about which Moderators are doing poorly, etc, because 5 mods is just way too much right now.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Well, as for board descriptions spelling and grammar, everything is fine, so I don't have anything to complain about there.. however:

I notice you, the admin, using " txt tlk " and spelling and using grammar very poorly, which gives a guests the wrong idea that you are unprofessional and such. I really suggest you work to improve your typing or even download a spell checker mod to your browser that does it for you.
