There are only three forums I would consider revamping or putting more effort into as they have a low number of posts and threads in them compared to all the other forums,

Apart from those forums all the other forums are doing really well and you have a good amount of posts in each forum.

The 1st thing I liked when I saw your board was the welcome panel, it invites the member to the forums, but it also has links and articles which include;
• The last 5 newest members
• Link to forum news (useful for everyone to look at as sometimes people forget to look in the announcements forum).
• Link to the staff team
• New member Introductions
The forum logo looks really good with the different cartoon characters and it is a 3D logo as well, one thing I didn’t like when I first saw the site was the hover on the forum descriptions, as it changes to green. In my opinion, green and blue don't blend together that well.

I think you have a great layout on the forums. I would only change the following;
Add a feedback, support forum, (this would be useful for people reporting errors, problems and your members can post ideas and suggestions as well)
I would suggest moving your general offtopic and entertainment forums to their own category so they're not right underneath the announcements forum. You could, if you wanted to, remove or display the subforums that are in the entertainment forum so people can see what discussions are in that particular forum.
Other than that there is nothing on the forums I would edit or change, great job on the layout of your forums.

You have 6 staff members on the forums, 1 Administrator and 5 Moderators, I can see that all the staff members are quite active and if you wanted you could hire another Moderator just to make everything comfortable on the forums (but this is not needed, just a suggestion).

This is a good source for getting your link around the net, also you will get higher ratings from search engines, as your link will be spidered a lot more due to being on lots of different sites compared to just one or two.

I think the spelling and grammar on your forums is excellent by both your staff and members. I don’t know what the average age of the members is, but to have a lot of people using good English, grammar and spelling is very hard to come by and I think it encourages people who don’t usually type using good grammar or spelling, to start.

I have given your forum 83% but I think with a few minor tweaks and following my suggestions, your forum could easily be given a a percentage in the 90s. You have done really well in creating this forum, having just over 100 members and to still have over 10,00 posts.
