First Impressions & Appearance

I like your logo. When I first visited, and read the logo, I knew exactly what the forum was and that's a great first impression to make when anyone visits a forum. I was confused as to what the image was in the logo though, it looks a little like a flower, which has nothing to do with a webmaster forum. The Twitter follow button to the right of the logo looks good and is placed well, I also thought that adding your followers as text is a good idea. Moving on to your forum theme, the colours are light on the eyes and everything is visibly seen. Again, I was a bit perplexed as to what was on the breadcrumb navigation to the right. It looks like a small sun link and that little yellow icon doesn't go with the blue and and white theme.

Site Layout

Everything seems to be laid out well from what I can see. You have a welcome box to the right of the forum with a sign up link which should always be visible on any forum. The statistics, community advertisement, trending discussions and member ramblings all look placed well beside the forum itself. A couple of things I thought stood out were the blue bar above the forum for your 'Supporters'. I thought this look great and it wasn't too big either. The idea of showing the latest news at the top is good, but that announcement has been and gone for a while now. You reached 50,000 posts on or around July 12th 2011, yet the announcement on the index page still shows this, even though you are now past 70,000. If you are just inclined to put milestones there, then it could be showing the same news for quite a while. Even though I like the forum network bar at the bottom, consider taking out the 'Coming Soon' text. It's not needed, since there is nothing you can actually add there just now. On the forums themselves, you seem to have everything placed well and the blue RSS icon beside each section looks good when you hover over it, although I'd make it show by default. It's quite hard to read the 'Discussions:' and 'Messages:' text under the description as the grey colour doesn't blend well with it's white background. I would suggest making the text black.

Statistics and Activity

What can I say? Over 70,000 posts in 11 months is great. That counts out to around 6,300 posts per month, with that averaging around 1,600 posts a week. This is a great achievement and I can see the forum doing very well in terms of activity. However, between your Off-Topic forums and the Introduction forum, you have a total of 30,146 posted in these sections. Being an admin forum, you should really be trying to continue as much discussion as you can in the admin related sections. With the board spread out, it doesn't look much, but once you've added the figures up, those 30,146 posts are quite a lot and aren't in the admin section.

Staff Moderation

I really had no clue how to find out who was staff on the forum. I looked to see if I could find a staff team page on the homepage or even on the members page, but there was none available. Eventually, I found a list of staff through the medals/trophie page or who has been been awarded a community staff medal. I'd really think about making it easier to see who is staff would be a great advantage for you and the forum. Besides that, I browsed through countless topics and replies and couldn't find any sign of SPAM, trolling, bad language, inappropriate content or anything of that nature. I can only presume the staff are doing a great job keeping the forums clean. I did notice that one of your staff team hasn't been online for over 2 months, this does not look good at all and I would consider sending them a message.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism

Each forum section has a decent sized description which has been spelled correctly and the correct grammar has been used. I also checked quite a few topics/posts by staff members and all I could see from them was excellent spelling and grammar being used. The professionalism of the forum is great, keep up the good work, it looks great to new members when they see this.

Things to Improve

Staff team page, text colour in certain areas and converting off-topic discussion to the admin related section.
