Design Quality:
The B in the banner/header is a little hard to read against the dark "theme" you're using. I would change that B so that it matches the rest of the text in the banner/header. Or use something else for the B so that it sticks out against the dark background behind it. I just had an idea....why don't you make the banner/header red so that it matches the dividers that mark each category on your forum. Your forum would have a more unified look to it if you used red instead of the blue. Also, I would change it so that there was a clear navigation bar directly beneath the banner/header. You could take the welcome message and put it off to the side and that would probably give your banner/header a little more room instead of looking a little crowded the way it is. I just think it would look better if you took those and swapped places.
Thing you liked best about forum: I like the red against the dark theme. Thing you liked least about forum: I theme should look more unified.
I think your forum can use some improvement but I also think you can go far with your forum if you continue remain dedicated to it. I wish you and your forum the best of luck!
