First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
All I can say is, your forum is awesome. When I open the page, I get this sort of modern feel, and then the banner and new/old icons come up, and the modern look is now intertwined with the grungy sort of feel. Your banner suits the default theme perfectly, the background blends into the header and background behind it, and the text is clearly visible. Those new/old icons really give me the grungy feel, just the general shape of them remind me of demons and such, which remind gives me a grunge feeling. I like the blue background you have, I think it is a perfect match with the light grey colour scheme you have. Overall, I cant find anything wrong with the appearance of your forum.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Looking straight at the main discussion of your forum, there is very little room for improvement. The forums you have specifically for the Disturbed discussion are perfect. But on a side note, I dont really see a need for the lyrics forum, It doesnt seem to get much attention in my opinion, and seems a little out of place. Moving further down the forum, you have your Introductions forum to kick off the off topic area. I think moving that into the first category, after "Suggestions, Questions, and Feedback", would be a lot more beneficial. Saying that, your off topic area looks a little weird. You have a section for music, good, and then you have a section for media. I am lead to believe music is a part of media, am I wrong? Moving music under media would be a great idea, and then moving the downloads forum under media, and removing all sub forums would be a lot easier. After that, broadening the of topic section would be ideal, maybe adding gaming, technology, debating etc. and moving the general discussion forums up to the very top of off topic.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Taking "August 2008" as being August 1, that puts you at roughly 490 days old, you gain around 80 posts per day, and around 1 member per day, also having a member
😛ost ratio of around 1:70. In my opinion, these stats are relatively good, but a tiny bit bad. Disturbed being such a popular band, the stats could be a bit better, but with a lot of competition, making it as far as you have is an achievement in itself. Looking at the recent posts, you have only had 3 today. This is a bit of a worry, as it hints that your forum has really slowed down from the 80 post average posts per day you have achieved. Contrary to that statement, you have had 29 users logged on in the last 48 hours. I dont know if they are lurkers or not, but encouraging them to post would be very beneficial to your forum, as there is a lot of potential if you can get at least half of them active.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Looking at your the members online in the past 48 hours, you seem to have 1 Admin, which id yourself, 2 Global Moderator's and 3 Moderator's. With a userbase of over 500, I would definitely say this is a good number of staff to have. Looking at the activity of all your staff, including yourself, all of you have over 1000 posts, and both Global Moderator's have over 7000. Having active staff such as those really shows that they are dedicated to your forum. I think in the near future, promoting 1 Moderator to a Global Moderator position might be handy.

When looking through some of your posts, in the News section you showed an enormous amount of professionalism when posting, which shows you are passionate about the band and your forum.
