About Businesses Promotion Through Tarpaulin

Just want to ask you guys what can you say about these two Businesses.

Business A: Has a 2 Tarpaulin with their product and services.

Business B: Has a 2 Tarpaulin the first one has the product and services
and the second tend to changes once a month with new design of specific product or service.

The second pair of tarpaulins will get more attractions from the public especially if the changing tarpaulin will be creative enough to be the selling point. When I had a business before, our signage was changed every week to make it more interesting to passersby. It's gratifying to know that some people were waiting for the new signage because of the creative text and image. It's actually a big poster made of cardboard.
