First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first thing I notice when I load your forum is your banner at the top. Although it doesn't look awful, you may benefit from creating a more memorable one. It helps when users can identify your forum with something visual. The theme itself is a good match for your forum, though. The theme you chose is professional yet appealing. However, I believe that you may wish to put a bit of your own touch on the template. Some new folder images may help set your forum apart from others that may be using this template; the current folder images (the new post/old post images) are the default prosilver ones. Despite this, though, the theme still works well.
Your forum appears to be very active at a glance. Your statistics are fairly solid, and you do not have any empty forums. One thing that is really amazing about your forum is that nearly half of the registered users have visited in the past twenty-four hours. This shows that you have dedicated users. I believe that most prospective members would be satisfied with your level of activity.
Overall, I was quite impressed by your forum at first glance.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your layout of forums is concise and organized, but it also leaves plenty of room for discussion. The only thing I can see that could use improvement is the focus of your layout. Since your forum is themed around administration discussion, then the "Admin Discussions" category should be the primary focus of the layout. Although that category currently contains the largest amount of forums, it is only "winning" by one forum. I think that you should move your "Achievements" forum to the "Admin Discussions" category to place extra emphasis on this category. Other than that, though, I honestly do not see any flaws in your layout.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Excluding the downtime, your forum receives well over a hundred posts per day, and you have nearly twenty-five posts for each of your forty-four members. These statistics are great for such a young forum. I also see that over three hundred posts have been created in the past twenty-four hours. This shows that your forum is gradually improving every day. However, there is still time for your activity to turn the other way. That is why you need to keep up on your advertising. Since you have a promotion forum, be sure that you are registering on every single promotion forum that you can find to advertise; one benefit of running a promotion forum is that users rarely wish to register only on one. When you gain a few more members, you may also wish to begin some contests to keep people interested. You appear to be doing a good job so far, though, so my advice is mainly to keep doing what you're doing.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
If I can count, your forum currently employs one administrator and two moderators. This seems like a good amount of staff members for the beginning. All of your staff members appear to be active posters, and it appears that your staff members do a good job of welcoming new members to the forum. I do not believe that your forum currently has any staffing issues. However, with your current rate of growth, be prepared to hire more staff members; the need may arise soon.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your forum descriptions are short and sweet. For the most part, they still do a really good job of selling your forum, though. There are still some forum descriptions I see that could be embellished a bit to sell your forum a bit more, but you've done a nice job for the most part. Your grammar is also spot-on for the most part; however, there are a few nit-picky errors I see such as sentence fragments. You can decide for yourself if those are worth correcting. For the most part, your forum is quite professional.
