Achievement mod..awards sometimes doesn't appear

Hello everyone
I have installed the achivment plugins
Everything seemed ok
Untill I discovered that not all the members get their awards when they achive something
Some get some not
How can I fix this
Also when I tried to activate the PM
I found that 2 or 3 msgs recived fir the same award
How can I fix that too
Any help

Which achievement plugin? There are several for MyBB.

Perhaps there's some sort of cache that needs flushing?

I'm not sure honestly. My forum is a plain vanilla copy of MyBB, as I usually have no use for these mods.
 
This is something that you should probably ask the plugin author.

Go on their thread on the official MyBB forums.
 
Could you try this and tell me if the users receive their awards:

Go to the ACP and go to the the task manager, under tools & maintenance and run the scheduled task called Achievement.

I'm hoping this updates everyone with the awards they have earned.
 
I have already did that several times
But still the same only appears on my posts
Not any other member
 
Can I ask which awards you are giving members and what they need to do to get them?

I sent you a message on your own forum. I believe I have fixed the loading issue on the thank you plugin. I can click 'thank you' on any of your posts and it loads perfectly normal for me, without having to refresh.

As for the achievements plugin, I suggest you change to another such as My Awards from MyBB Source. The plugin you are using is known to be a little buggy, and I have tried every fix I know, and none of them seem to work.
 
The thanks button is still facing the loading problem and doesn't count on postbit. .
I have tried my award system before..but it is not an automatic system
I have to give each member his award manually which is vety annoying<br /><br />-- 31 Dec 2013, 06:15 --<br /><br />I appreciate ur help very much..but looks like I will keep searching for a solution
 
Is this fixed? I see more than 2 people with awards on your forum now?

Yes...only the staff get the awards..but other members don't. .
Also not all the awards r Givin.
I really trying hard to find someone to fix it
 
If only the staff get awards, then I suggest you check the permissions for the plugin. Check the group permissions for each group.
