Let me relate an acid throwing incident in the metro. A woman and her 10-year old son were walking under the footbridge when they felt something fell on their umbrella. It's a good that this the sun was bright that they used an umbrella. Then the woman noticed the umbrella with holes. That's when she felt a sting on her skin of her her arms. When she reported the incident to the cops, an investigation was made and the culprit was arrested. He was a man with a mental illness.
