I think you could do with a banner as opposed to a logo, as this will compliment the large banenr space at the top of the forum.

Otherwise, the forum skin looks really nice and the layout of your forums is good. I think if you got some of your friends to post around on the forum before you continued actively promoting it, then it would look more attractive to guests when they visited ~smile~
