Leaderboard in header = 15 dollars per month

Forum Ad Space:
Banner at bottom of forum = 15 dollars per month
Banner at top forum = 20 dollars per month

Will also be willing to add an Affiliations forum that has re-direct sub-forums with descriptions that I will put up for 5 dollars per month.
