Add container with code content In another file?

I want to add a container (box) on the homepage of my site and have the code contents of that box in a seperate file?.

No, i want a box , and the code in a seperate file,

Like

<container'content.php>
<container>

then the code that would normally be in between the container tags goes in a separate file.
