add domain? (sitefrost)

How do I add a domain onto my forum and have it stay as that.

I am hosted on sitefrost and have the domain forumcarnival.com. I want to make it so that when I go there, the domain stays as forumcarnival.com and does not change to forumcarnival.fi.st. I have tried asking them, and so far they haven't been able to help.

Can some one please help me? i really need it to work!

What forum software are you using? Do you have cPanel as the hosting control panel? 🙂

I am runny MyBB and my host does have cPanel

Also, i have already tried the thing that tells me to go into inc/settings.php and change bburl to forumcarnival.com and cookidomain to .forumcarnival.com. it didn't work.

Change dns servers, or try going to MyBB General Forum Configuration and make sure you change it too forumscarnival.com. Juungla had this problem too but it is closed now.

Also make sure you change the forum's cookie domain!
