My posts on http://www.LevelUnlocked.net show the date, but is it possible to add the time too?

Inside your theme, there should be a file named single.php, and that is where you need to add it. Whereabouts in that file though I could not tell you, as every theme's is different. Try and find somewhere that says Date though.
