Pros: Albeit quite bright, your theme looks pretty nice. Your banner at the top is quite appealing. You may wish to offer an alternative theme that is darker for users who dislike light themes, though.


Cons: Ubiquitous empty forums make your forum look very inactive. Your statistics also leave much to be desired. Post exchanges may be a very valuable resource for you; they can make your forum appear more active to prospective members. You really need to post topics in the empty forums to stimulate discussion; users can't post much if there aren't any topics!

Your index is very, very long. I'm not a big fan of having several categories with only one or two forums on the index. The length of your index makes navigating your site a herculean task. I would definitely recommend merging or deleting some forums to condense your index.
