adding a new page to the user cp (their profile)

I want to add a new page to the ucp thats blank and they can edit it as their mini blog & also want it to have a link on their<br /><br />-- 10 Nov 2012, 01:30 --<br /><br />profile to their mini-blog. im using phpbb, thanks.
