Adding HTML coding and such to phpBB3

You can't use html in posts or forum descriptions unless you make a bbcode.

You can add html to templates.

Forum description so i can just put an ad there >.< ugh wonderful.. any ideas how to do this? I can get different coding for them... HTML, PHP, Javascript...

No for an add you can edit the template files.

To add html to the forum description try this...

Go posting ----> bbcodes ---> In the first box add [**][/**] replacing the ** with the name you want the bbcode to be then in the second box add the html you want to add then add into one of your forum descriptions the bbcode you added in the box like [**][/**] with ** being what you entered before.

For example, if you want to place a center align HTML code to your forum description, you'd go to ACP ---> Posting ---> BBCodes ---> Add BB Code

BB Code:

[center]{TEXT}[/center]

HTML Replacement:

<align="Center>{TEXT}</align>
