Adding music top vids ect..

Can I create a custom made video in there without importing a video. Because I just want make a coloured background with animations ect. going across.

There doesn't seem to be a way to create a custom made one. You have to get the videos of your camera ect.

I was just trying do a video with a coloured background and then "The Computer Forumz" going across ect.

That's simple, although i havent actually got Movie Maker on ym computer anymore so i wouldnt be able to tell you how to do it.

YouTube is a good source for basic tutorials such as the one you're looking for 🙂
