Adding my own UserBanners ( Rank Images )

Hello everyone. I am in need of adding my own UserBanners. How can I add them? I am using XenForo 1.3.1

Hey Lucky and thanks for replying here. I have followed this resource, but it doesn't allow me add my own image. It just creates a ribbon with the color, the text-font, the size which you add in the EXTRA.css .
I have some images ( JPEG and PNG ) which I want to add them. I followed this resource, but nothing happened. 😕
