Addison's jury will consider imposing death penalty

MANCHESTER – The Live Free Or Die state is another step closer to its first execution since 1939.

After four hours of deliberation, a jury decided late Monday afternoon that convicted murderer Michael K. Addison is eligible for the death penalty.

To be honest I don't really agree with the death penalty as I think it is probably what the offender wants instead of spending the rest of their life in a cell.

I don't agree with that. You do realize that we pay taxes to give the prisoners food, water and shelter?

What would you do, pay taxes to keep him alive, or have the state spend a few hundred dollars for the lethal injection?

It is just my opinion I just think the death penalty is a little old fashioned and is wrong.
