Additional Pages With Same Look & Theme?

I want to add an affiliates page to my website.
But how do i get it to look like my forum (i.e.. same nav bar, same them, etc..)..
I took a screenshot of my forum & removed parts with paint to give u an idea what i want.
In the top tab would be the affiliate buttins & in the bottom one, how be become an affiliate.

Can some tell me how to do this please?
