Admin Access Worth?

PR does not mean anything, it is a number and shows nothing of the quality of any site.

I would never buy a site based on PR, it could be pagerank 10 but that does not mean I will pay extra for it because of a number that does not mean anything.
 
Fair enough. PR does show something, though not as much as it used to.
