First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
On my first ever visit to your site, the first thing I noticed was the excellent logo you have, it its well designed and fits in nice with your sites theme, the actual default theme is clean and modern, during a quick scroll through the forums the site looks very active and looks to have started life off with a bang, well done on this. I'm not a fan of side panels on forums and yours is no different and is not really needed.

Site Layout - (Out of 20) As stated in the first impressions the overall style and layout are very good, the default theme is clean and appealing to new visitors, I like that users have a choice to change the theme if they so wish which for me is a plus, the main forums are how I would expect a forum like yours to be laid out, if I was to pick up on anything it would be the other sections (More Promotion Resources & Extras, Webmaster & User Discussions, Off Topic) the forums in there don't all need to be main forum, I would consider making some sub-forums, the less scrolling a users has to do on the index page the better. The only other thing I can say is the side panel is not really needed in my view and it takes up room, I would remove the side panel.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20) Well you have been open 49 days and already have 7135, that's an impressive 149 posts a day, well done, you have tapped into a successful genre and given your competition something to start worrying about, if I was to be pick then it's that when I was on the users online only a bot and myself, so you need to me making sure you keep your users active and by your recent topics activity on the site has not been good of late, your have got the site established, you need to work twice as hard to keep it that way.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20) From what I read on your forum and the fact you are advertising for staff means you are under staffed and with a forum such as yours if you get a backlog of requests it can cost you, Going through your memberlist it seems you have only 1 staff member for the parcel team, you need to fill you staff positions as soon as possible, while they are empty why not get some of your staff to pull double duty to keep the backlog down?

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20) Without trawling through every post then I can't find fault with an spelling or grammar, there is nothing I noticed so well done on the point, I also like You keep you user informed of everything and apologizing for issues, this proves you really care about you forum which is excellent, you need to get a staff team under that is just as dedicated as yourself, don't be afraid of upsetting people if they are not pulling their weight.

Well overall I'm really impressed by your site, it shows you are dedicated and have spent a lot of time getting you forum established, the hard work starts now as you need to keep the level going, you need to kick you staff in to shape and also get those vacanices filled.
What was most liked about the website/forums: The site layout and logo was very well thought out and designed and your impressive stats for a fairly new forum.
What was disliked most about the website/forums: The site panel and the fact you are under staffed, you need to get the staffing issue sorted asap before it becomes a major problem, get advertising on other like minded forums and i'm sure you will get them filled in no time/
