admin directory/admin topsite

I was wondering if any of you guys wanted to see admin-topsite or admin-directory open? since I have http://www.admin-spot.com I could promote them from there, and was maybe thinking of giving featured links for $ and standard links for free or something, what do you guys think? Which one would you want to see first?

He can easily make money from this. If he makes a directory he can charge money for submissions, and even have people pay for ads around the site.

Also, topsites and directorys can be useful as long as they get enough traffic.

I would like to see a topsite, and a directory probably wouldn't hurt. I'd like to see them 🙂
