Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Okay well my first impressions about your forums were that I really liked the top tab where your users can either log-in, logout or register, I think it's quite appealing, however once past that I think everything is a bit to plain and big. The big header bar is quite plain for me and a little boring as not much of that space is used up. I think something aligned to the right would do the trick, maybe some important links to rules or something. Also the adverts just below that are way to big. I think that the pictures could be scaled down to look more attractive as at the moment all your users see is a massive block for adverts which may drive people away. Then below that you have even more adverts, there is to much space being used up and not enough content on show. Also in addition to the header bar not being used up, I think one thing that could solve that is maybe making the forums overall width smaller as it would be more compact but not as much content in the middle spaced out like it currently is. Last of all the style, in general isn't to bad and is quite nice.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The site layout isn't to bad, you've put got things set out in a nice fanshon and the navigation is nice and simple. I like the two menu buttons in the top right hand corner to, they look nice but the only problem is that I didn't notice them till I right in the corner where they were, which makes me think that they'll be hidden to other users and they be made use of, I think a more brighter colour should use to get them used to the maximum potential. Other than that the forum has quite a nice layout but it does take a bit of time to scroll to the bottom, I think the overall size of the forum is a little to big than it should be.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Right well your stats I think are alright in terms of the member to post ratio and the posts are spread out across the list of users and the time since your forum was open it's doing quite well. The only thing that I can think of really o boost your activity is get more members online at the same time and have more members with a higher post count as when I've been on your forum there has only been one or two users online at a time and it does show because some members have a lot more posts than others which doesn't make your forum seem as active as it could potenially be so it could be improved in this area but for how long you've been up your not doing to bad to be hones, good work.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Your staff and moderation. Right well after looking at your list of staff, I was quite surprised and concerned about the list as you only have 3 administrators and no moderators. I had a look through the member list and saw a few members, about 2 or 3 that were on a service team but apart from the 3 admins there are no other staff which is really quite bad. A forum of your size should have about 1 admin and 2, maybe 3 moderators. There is no need for 3 admins and I think you really need moderators on the forum because as a forum that size the admin duties arn't as hard and time consuming and with moderators (especially mods from around the world) it makes the forum more security tight but at the moment it doesn't seem like anyone is keeping the forum in shape so this is something your going to have to work on.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
The general spelling and grammar of the forum isn't to bad, but in some forum descriptions like the "Advertsing Tips & Tricks" forum the forum description is very long and I don't think people will want to stop and read it all, it's the same with other forums like the "Admin Discussion" forum, that description could be simplified into something such as "The Admin Discussion forum, the place where admins can discuss the daily activities that need to be done and what opinions other admins have", something like that would be fine. In some sections, for example the "Forum Discussion" forum, you also repeat the word 'forum' a lot more than you need to. This happens in quite a few forum descriptions across the board so making them more simple to read and less long it will give people an idea about what to post, the forum names gives an idea of what to post as well anyway.

Final Remarks:
I think your forum is quite a nice place but there are a few things that really need changing to be honest, some of the things I've said, if changed and put into action I think your forum will turn out great.

The overall style of the forum and the activity are alright and are positive things on the forum and I think it's really good.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The staff moderation and the the layout in terms of the advertisements let your forum down, changing these will benefit the forum as they took up to much space and you also have next to no staff either which is bad.

I'm already a member but for me to be active you'll have to change things about and improve on what I've said about the forum.
