Pros
You appear to have increased your personal activity on the forum. That's good. You should continue creating more and more content for users to discuss.

Cons
I may be wrong, but your activity seems to be slowing down a bit. You may want to step up your advertising to ensure that this trend doesn't continue. Be sure to advertise on all the promotion forums you can find.

You do have some capitalization errors on your forum. If something isn't a proper name (e.g. "Forum Promotion," "Admin Junction"), then it should not be capitalized in the middle of a sentence. Also, be sure that every description ends with a full stop. Be sure that each sentence begins with a capital letter, too.

Your post to member ratio has declined slightly. Try to keep your members engaged with contests and other events on your forum. Also, occasional e-mail updates may not be a bad idea.
