I am currently thinking of starting a new forum not sure what on yet this can be discussed with the successful applicant , I already have a valid vbulletin licence we could use aswell as a chat room from a previous site i owned. I am looking for someone to split the costs with me who is also good at forum promotion and knows how to generate an income so in time the forum will pay for itself (hopefully)
