I had to vote for Admin spot, because although I like the theme for Topsite101 a smidge better, and the ability to change the forums main color really attracts me :lol:, Admin Spot Has more content, and content over design is what I prefer.

I have a really low chance of selling it, i'm just looking for what people offer me, if theres an amazing offer I migh accept, but i'm really just looking what people think the site is worth.
 
Locked and ended by request as one of the sites is now under new management and being renamed and redesigned.
