How much would you appraise Admin Village for? http://www.adminvillage.net/

I'm not looking to sell this, I just want to know what you guys think it's worth.

I'd pay $15 for it not knowing any activity details or traffic stats. The top section of forums is really the only place with genuinely valuable content on the site, those are the only pages which may potentially bring in organic search engine traffic so I'm disregarding the services and general sections.

I really do like the theme and I think the site has lots of potential but I don't think anyone would pay more for it at this point. I don't think you should sell 😀 Keep it and bring it up to it's full potential!

The forum has an average activity level, and the theme is pretty good. I'd say $25-50.

It's a saturated niche, but if I were to buy it I'd probably pay $75-$100.
