AdminADs.com domain bought what shall i do with it?

Hi just wondering i got a domain, i thought its quiet a catchy domain unless I'm wrong.

I'm just wondering what i shall do with it?

I have few things in mind...

1)sell domain for higher price than what i got it for
2)build a forum around it (niche is over done though)
3)create some sort of directory


Domain is adminads.com anyone please give me some ideas thanks
Just to let you know, I have created a forum last night and no topics! check and let me know if that's best option thanks.

I was thinking to create an ads directory like wordpress or even forum with ads running would that not be a good idea Sam?

It's a very good domain. Busy market place as you say.
If you have the cash, build something and you'll get a lot more for it.
