Theme/Template
I absolutely love this theme. The background reminds me of a desk which is where admins probably spend a lot of their time. Some might hate that and say "I look down and see my desk, when I look up I still see my desk", but personally, I think it looks great. One thing I don't like (I guess I just don't understand), why are the "Forum Stats" at the top, especially when the forum stats aren't even listed there. They're at the bottom. One more thing, it's not a big deal, but your category titles are a little blurry. I'm not sure if it's just the font or what, but something needs changed there. One more tiny thing, your affiliates box in the footer, remove that last 88x31 image or add some more. I think it looks bad with just one gray box on the 2nd line. Also, I think you should get a new favicon made to match the theme of your forum. The blue and black doesn't make any sense anymore. Other than those few things, I love the theme and everything that most are most people's first impressions.
Weaknesses:
Activity
At the time of typing this, you have 1059 posts in 251 threads by 54 members. That means your average member has about 20 posts which isn't bad, but when you take into account that 2 of your admins have 412 posts between them, that means that the other 52 members have around 12 and a half posts. That lowers the average quite a bit, but it's not too bad. You do only have 10 members with 20+ posts currently, however only 2 of those 10 are regular members. I'm not too sure how one becomes a premium members on AdminAds, but those that do become premium members happen to be your most active as well. Unfortunately, you are not getting people to come to your forum every day and posts seeing as you only have 6 posts made over the last 48 hours, while you do have 9 members active over the last 24 hours. I think you should run some sort of contest or have some sort of game to get an activity boost. The potential is there, you just need to get over that hump.
Staff
I think 5 or 4 staff members is way too much. I'll say 4 as I'm not too sure what your technician does. 2 of your admins are very clearly your most active members on the forum. That's good as it's great to see admins care for the forum and actually post around trying to engage in the community and interact with others. None of your staff averages 5 posts per day. Of your admins, one averages just under 2, one averages just under 3, and the third one is close at just over 4 and a half. I think you should set a goal for all staff to make at least 5 posts per day if possible, obviously there is a real world and you can't get online every single day. Your community team member hasn't been online in about 4 days. Maybe he's out of town, or away or something, but I have no way to know that. He also only averages just over half a post per day. To me, and a lot of others, that looks terrible to have a staff members who posts very little and doesn't seem active at all. I'm not saying just get rid of a staff member, but with how many members and how active your forum is, I honestly think you'd be okay with only 1 staff member total. I know a lot of people open a forum in partnership with somebody else, and if that is the case, then 2 is okay.
Spelling/Grammar
First, in the "Central Exchange" description, you have "Boost traffic for your community by exchanging posts, e.t.c. with other forums." I don't think I've ever seen et cetera abbreviated like that. Normally it is just "etc.". Second, you have a forum called "Hostings". Take the 's' off of that as it is currently not a real word. While we looking at this forum, the description is currently "Discuss about hosting plans, prices or anything related to hosting.", you need to put a space between "...plans," & "prices...". Also, change the beginning to either "Discussion of..." or just drop off the word "about". Third, we need to change the description for "Domains and Websites" a little bit. You currently have "Discuss about domains and websites, sell them, buy them." Let's change to something along the lines of "Domain and Websites discussion & sales". Last, you have a forum called "Apraisal", that is missing a 'p'.
Final Remarks:
I'm sorry I only had 1 positive on your forum, please don't take it as me being mean. I'm here to help you and for that, I feel like I need to be honest. There was a 3rd negative thing I noticed, so I figured it would be fair to share it. These negative things are definitely fixable and I hope you listen to what I had to say and fix them. I don't want you to think that I just think your forum is terrible as I don't. I would actually consider joining it if I had the time. It has the potential for sure and I hope to see it grow and improve.
