First Impressions & Appearance
When I enter your forum, I just want to exit my screen and not look at your forum, this is because I am nearly blinded by the white in your skin, it draws my eyes away from all things I should be looking at such as your banner and your posts. I would definitely recommend on changing it immediately, it is really unattractive. I have to mention that you skin is also very boring and bland and just seems that you haven’t really tried. Moving onto your banner, it is very boring and you really should be trying hard to impress guests and future members as there is a lot of webmaster forums out there. The logo is no way related to your name of your forum or webmaster theme. Also the bar right of your banner and logo should not go there it does not suit the banner and also it is very unattractive when you’re looking at your forum as a whole. Your have an ad space at the bottom of your forum, and just above your ad space you have an affiliate space, I think that looks really bad if you have two of these things. Also showing that space with wording saying ad space looks even worse than having an ad there. On a whole I do not like your appearance, it too generic for my taste.

Site Layout
You have 42 boards this is including your sub boards as well, I personally think you have too much, the age of your forum does not require you to have 42 boards most of these boards are empty which is a really bad sign, for your staff but I will come to this in a later section. I don’t think you need a suggestion and help boards I think that you could merge the two of them together and then bring up the introductions board from the category community. I definitely think that you should move the webmaster category above the resource category after all, your forum is about webmaster, so your category webmaster should be one of the highest categories on the page. Maybe instead of having a board as a link to your web directory, you should put the link up in your navigation bar. I would also suggest merging a few other boards together and then expanding when you need to, sometime in the future perhaps.

Statistics and Activity
1,303 posts in 221 threads,72 members registered. In eighteen days this is very good and it looks like you have been doing well on the advertising front, however when I look at your forum, the boards look really empty because you have so many, and some boards do not have any posts, this is something you need to change, from you posting in them is something you need to do, you have to make interesting topics for people to post in and to help you members continue to add topics in the forum. A lot of your members do not have large amount of posts some do not have any, but on the bright side some have over 20 posts which is really good. Also a lot these members have not come and visited your forum recently which is really bad and maybe this is because of lack of topics or interesting posts, but you need to get these members back.

Staff Moderation
It is only you on the staff team at the moment and you seem to be doing a pretty good job, you have a good amount of posts and topics and you posts and topics are very professional and the grammar is correct. Your very helpful and quick to reply from what I see from your members posts. I also see that your hiring at the moment this is good as you could always do with helping hand to kick start your forum and boosting topics in those empty forums. Make sure you pick an active member and a trustworthy one as well.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
You have spelt “suggestions” wrong in your description for suggestions and feedback. Also announcements is spelt wrong in the description for the news board, some of your boards have no description and some descriptions are very boring and bland try and shake it up a little bit and add some character to your forum. This will hopefully make it bit livelier. You are very professional in your posts and topics which I like to see and admin be. I cannot see a set of rules anywhere; it should be made an announcement or should be pinned in your news board, this is not good if you do not have any rules on your board to be seen. As some guest like to see them before joining.
