Two very popular and unique forums have been acquired by Admin Forums and merged within our community.

Advertsing Mania and Script Installs were two very popular online communities focusing on webmasters and website scripts. Both were acquired in separate negotiations over the last few days between the owners and the Admin Forums management.

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome all previous members of AM & SI into our community down at Admin Forums and to remind them to reset their password as it may have been lost during the import.

I would normally type up a big long reply here showcasing all the new topics and stuff down at the forums but I sadly can't due to Forum Promotion having a 10,000 char limit and that much is going on lately I can't even keep up...

On the 24th of October 2010 @ShadyX founded Admin Forums.

In it's many weeks using vBulletin the forum suffered extreme loss due to several issues with the software itself and we decided to look for another platform for our young and fragile community. We then stumbled across a new and promising forum software called XenForo, We tested it on other forums that were running it and came to a conclusion that switching to XenForo was definitely an option worth considering. A poll was setup on the forum and the majority voted for it.

8 months and 80,000 posts later we have hit the one year mark which is a very commendable milestone and we owe it all to the members who have ever contributed, donated, referred or even made a post.
