You have a good set of rules.

You have way too many boards and sub boards, you should merge a lot of them together as you don’t need them. Some boards don’t have any posts and this is not acceptable for a forum what is nearly a month and a half. For example merge at least all the boards in the marketplace and use attributes instead.
Your layout is also bad, I will just give you a few suggestions, move the introduction and suggestion boards into the admin gang category.
Your statistics are not good as well, you have 20 members for a forum what has been operational for over a month, this shows lack of interest on the staff side, as they are not advertising or even posting themselves as the post count is so low. The post count is 380 posts and 130 topics, once again the post count is too low and this is not attractive to new members.
You have three administrators with very little posts and I think this does not look good at all, you need to demote at least two and you need to start posting, the same goes with your moderators demote them if they are not posting, at the moment you have way too many staff and its terrible the way they have small post counts and they are not advertising, it just makes your forum look lazy and it gives the impressions that no one could be bothered with it. None of your staff have avatars are they even active you have to ask yourself. And no some of them are not even active.
You forum had no customization in it and it shows laziness and also your banner should be a tiny bit bigger and maybe you need to look for another as that symbol has nothing to do with your forum genre.
You need to spice up you descriptions for the boards as well.
Final/General Thoughts
You rushed your forum, you hired too many staff, you did not advertise correctly as you have very little members on your forum. And you need to improve your banner and your layout and choose a different skin as well.
