First Impressions & Appearance
First impressions with the name is that AdminPeak is a great name! It’s creative and something you can build off of, making the peak higher and higher for people who use your forum as a place to seek help! The theme looks really nice, great to see it’s custom made by you! It suits the forum and knowing that the administrator made it from a guests point of view shows dedication. I’m not to sure what you’re logo is, the three balls and two circles. Personally I find it a bit odd, it doesn’t really have anything to do with peaks or admining. My suggestion would be to make a little mountain/peak with snow on it for Christmas. I also think a favicon would look great on the forum, a little mountain would look good and suit your forum’s name.

Site Layout
Your site is obviously very neat, it’s also obvious you’ve take care in making sure every detail looks good because the layout of the boards and forum is excellent! It’s nice to see that the announcements are in a good place and aren’t in the way, it’s good to see something good looking at the top of a forum but it would be great to see more news in it, once you get more. Some suggestions for the future would be something which slowly scrolls down but you can stop it (this can all be done in jQuery) or you could make little banners which act like a slider and wiz to the left or right, something which makes that area stand out, but not to much compared to the forum. My only suggestion with the board layout is to add a description to the Website & Forum Management, Forum Software & Content Managment it just looks a bit odd without one.

Statistics and Activity
Your forum activity is really good, even while writing up this review members are posting around and creating new threads. This is great, you already have a strong userbase! Your forum is 156 days old or 5 months and three days. You’re getting 77 posts per day. With a forum of your size, it would be great to see over the next month you working to increase this to 100+ posts per day. This may be hard with Christmas holidays but I personally think you can do it! It’s good to see you’ve got a Christmas posting competition too. You’re getting 14 topics per day, I would say this is pretty good and something you could improve a little more if you wanted to. You’re also getting 3 members per day, this is nice, would though be great to see more! You have 22 posts per member, I would say this isn’t bad but it isn’t great. I would love to see people logging in and posting and not just registering and leaving, they may just read some of the topics so if you wanted to make this better, you could restrict boards for new members under say, 5 posts for reading your articles, though some may not like this.

Staff Moderation
I can’t find a staff member list, there probably is one but it isn’t obvious, so I can’t really expand on this section much. From what I can see though, there isn’t any spam, if you are getting spam, you’re cleaning it up pretty quickly which is good. I did notice that some of your members names whom haven’t posted look like the usual spambot names, you could delete them if you wish, but make sure you make a note of their IP and email for future reference. Judging from the admins post count, they get 8 posts per day. Usually I would say this isn’t great but this is obviously showing the admin doesn’t have to post as much as they can to keep the community going, which overweighs saying that this isn’t great!

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
Looking through your posts of members and staff, they seem to be of quite high quality, mainly the main admin too! They have great quality and grammar. I did though notice that you spelt Official wrong in the Christmas Posting Thread, just something to watch out for! Other than that, there isn't much else I could find! Your forum is very professional and you run it in a great professional way!
