First Impressions & Appearance
When I first visited your forum, my first impression was amazing. I love your blue theme and your banner works well with it as well. You have different board images for each board, which looks great in my opinion. I’m not really a fan of your favicon though, it is just 2 people, it doesn’t relate to your forum genre. You could change it to your forums initials, it’s simple and people would immediately know it’s Admins Hangout when they see AH in their list of bookmarks or favourites. At the bottom of the page, I see text saying Forum Promotion, Forum Resources, etc etc, but they don’t link to anywhere. I assume you just haven’t gotten around to doing that yet, because there’s really not much point in having it without links. Also, I noticed you have your default images for topic icons for new replies etc. I think these look boring and could be replaced with something more colourful – blue to match your theme. Other than that, your appearance looks really good.

Site Layout
I see you have 18 boards, which is a bit high but promotion forums generally need more boards than entertainment forums. There are a few changes you could make, though. With only 2 threads, I don’t think you need a whole board for Get Opinions For Your Forum – I think it would work better as a sub board under Admin Discussion. Also, I don’t think you need a sub board for Programming Area. It only has 2 posts, maybe you should merge it with General Computer Chat. Other than that, not much needs to be improved. Keep up the good work.

Statistics and Activity
You opened August 16th 20011, over 2 weeks ago, and since then you have managed to accumulate 900 posts with 15 members. With only 15 members, 900 posts is really good. This means all your members have been posting around a lot, which is excellent. You appear to have a few active members, which is good. This is okay, but could be improved. I noticed many boards only have 5-10 posts or less. This is not good, you should encourage members to post in these boards. Maybe you could pay members of Forum Promotion to do this with your FP cash. Overall, your activity is pretty good.

Staff Moderation
According to the forum team page, you have 3 staff members, I see you have 1 administrator, and 1 moderator, and a packager. I feel this is perfect for a forum of your size until it grows. You should work on getting a reviewer to review forums as well, as you do have a reviewing board. If you are unable to do the reviews yourself, you should hide the board from the public until you get staff for it. You have 30% of the total posts which is great, it shows you are dedicated. You moderator also has a very high number of posts, 16%, which is great. You both are posting around professionally. You have done a great job selecting your staff. Keep up the good work!

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
Your board descriptions are great, I don’t see many spelling. One thing I noticed is you have Package Team, but not review team, you called it reviewers instead. I think you should ahve Review Team and Package Team or just Packagers and Reviewers. Other than that, there’s not much to say, everything your spelling and grammar is great. Your staff are posting around with good grammar and professionalism which is great because you are an example for your members.
